• Email Address: Used for account creation and login.
• Precise Location: Used to verify that employees are physically present at the restaurant when checking in to a shift.
• User ID: A unique identifier assigned to each account to manage access and permissions.

• To authenticate and manage your account
• To verify GPS location during shift check-in
• To display shift schedules, attendance records, and leave requests
• To send push notifications about shifts, approvals, and updates

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Location data is only accessed in real-time during check-in and is not stored or tracked continuously.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data is only accessible to:

• You (the user)
• Your restaurant manager (for scheduling and attendance purposes)
• Super administrators of the Kellno platform

5. Location Data

Kellno requests access to your precise location solely to verify your presence at the restaurant during shift check-in. Location is not tracked continuously or stored after the check-in is confirmed.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is deactivated or deleted, your personal data will be removed in accordance with applicable laws.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data

8. Children's Privacy
